THE RELIGIOUS MATRIX!

When I was in school the only issue I had with campus drama was how predictable and always negative they were.

It’s always about the story of people who came to campus with prayers and warning from their parents, they were good boys, they joined cult and died in the process or failed.

A young boy came to campus started following girls and failed. A young believer who came into campus got tempted by the devil and led astray. You can always tell the drama will have either one of this undertones.

Why are we not thinking of a drama where a young boy from a godly background comes to campus, experiences all the temptations, resisted and still came up with flying colors?

Have you seen any campus drama where the young boy came into campus as a bad boy, with plans to do life on campus dirty, encountered Jesus and caused great revival while on campus? This was the story of some of us. But why are our drama units not acting it?

You may never see such. And this is because of the way the average religious mind is wired to think worst is when it comes to Africa and worst is when they are within the creative space.

Recall there was a time nollywoods movie was centered around ritualists. It felt like they were exposing the evils and dangers of money rituals right?

But then, you know what it ended up really achieving? It programmed many of us to see anyone who is rich indeed to be a product of money rituals. It’s hard for an average nigerian to see a fellow rich nigerian and not think there is a means (Evil) to their wealth.

They unintentionally created so much awareness for money rituals. Isn’t that what laid a good foundation for the present pandemic of Yahoo boys? Where even 15 year olds now involve in money rituals and scam?

They have been programmed to think there must always be means to wealth especially within the African clime.

Well that’s the dictatorship of the Matrix for you. It’s a system programmed to have things run in circles. The system is designed to show you more of the Evils than the good.

Then it activates you into criticisms, calling it out and all but unknowingly to you that is how it has designed itself to gain awareness.

And the way humans and society are designed to respond to the matrix is that whatever gains awareness into their consciousness or into society reserves the energy to manifest itself more strongly.

If you understand this, you will understand that what Paul talked about in Romans 7 was pointing to the matrix system. “I had not known sin until the law said, thou shall not Sin…”

We are falling victim of the same thing in the body of Christ. There are those who feel they are anointed by God to criticize and correct the body of Christ as such their message is always about what is wrong in the body of Christ.

Their message is always about what is fake. You know what that is achieving? Now. To the unbeliever almost everyone with the microphone and on the pulpit is fake.

The move to criticize and callout ministers charging what did it achieve? Right now if you call yourself music minister you are already a money suspect whether or not you are different. But then how many persons did it really stop from charging?

Smiles! The matrix is always ahead of you.

How do you rebel against the matrix?

Shine the light. Rather than criticizing and pointing out a problem always, focus more on appraising, teaching what’s correct without given credence to what’s wrong. Emphasize more on the good you want to see. The awareness will grow stronger and soon everyone will follow that path.

This is how to programm a system or society to evolve into a better version. You’d notice the Apostles focused more on teaching what’s correct than pointing out what’s wrong, Jesus as well will dedicate just a little bit of his time to criticize the evils of the Pharisees and sadducees and dedicate chapters to teaching about the kingdom and its virtues.

I keep praying daily,

That the Lord will help the body of Christ and help us grow more in wisdom. And help us realize quickly that criticisms will not solve much.

Why do you think preachers are calling out themselves, and every preacher including young boys of yesterday is looking for what to correct in the body of Christ?

The Matrix has permeated itself into the system such that almost everyone is subsconciously programmed to believe that you are not preaching if you are not correcting something, one doctrine or someone and worst case scenario is that the matrix rewards this nuisance with attention on social media as a way to lure preachers into it.

I may be young and naive.

But i know, think and see more than an average person thinks. And from where i stand and with what i see we are in for a lot of drama in the coming years.

Whats the way forward?

Ignore the darkness and shine the light.

Blessed is the man that reads and understands.

AFTER THOUGHT 1.

To help facilitate your understanding I will define the Matrix so you understand what I mean;

The definition of the Matrix within the context of this construct is an illusionary system through which Evil sustains itself, recreates itself and recycles itself from generations to generations.

There is more to its meaning and definition howbeit this is just one.

In other words, When Evil gets to present itself as the problem and at the same time as the solution in another form so that which ever way you follow to tackle it it always leads you back to it.

so much so that the only way to get to defeat it is to think outside EVIL itself. Don’t let it give you a single reason either to fight it or to do it. A single focus on it, it begins to preempt you.

Thats the MATRIX.

Focus on the light and shine it instead. And that’s how you get outside the Box.

The political Matrix is also designed to run this way. They give you your voting right, but control your options. Imagine getting to choose between APC and PDP (Atiku and Tinubu) whichever way you turn you are meeting the same problem.

If Nigeria wants to breakaway from this Matrix, stop focusing on its Leaders, bother less about who leads and start developing leaders from the grass root, each man play your role and be the kind of leader you expect your president to be.

But so long as we keep focusing on the government we will keep seeing the ills and any man who ascends that throne will be a sum total of our goodness and Evilness too.

He will just mirror our strongest value system as a people.
