I come from an ancient lineage of sound.
For those who don’t know, this is Pa Chris Delvan Gwamna Ministries God used him to influence my spiritual soundscape Greatly.
I remember 2015 when I was receiving some spiritual configurations. God was beginning to show me what my ministry will be like—A ministry of word and music.
He showed me a gathering—concert of word and music. Where I will sing and teach the word. I’d never seen that anywhere, it wasn’t the popular type of concert.
God said He was going to show me a man who has embodied such and I should follow Him.
The following week was CASOR CAMP MEETING. And while we were doing set up, the sound department was playing a song. The man would sing and teach a little. It was a pure concert of organized sounds and utterance of the spirit.
For the first time,
I saw myself in a man.
I went further to search Him out.
I have followed Him ever since.
I have listened to almost all His songs and messages. Baba is very sound.
His songs are noiseless but very eternal.
It is the anthem in almost every revival meeting you see. Songs like;
1. In obedience to God,
2. El Elyon God most High Jesus Christ…
3. You are Glorious, so Glorious in your ways.
4. Ah ah, eh eh eh
5. In the eyes of every man, you are the Holiest of all.
And many others too numerous to mention.
For those who don’t know.
This is the Father of Chant music in Nigeria. It was through him the possibility of singing in the spirit, and chanting tongues was first introduced.
I may not have seen Him before (I know I will someday), He may not have prayed for me before.
But I come from where Baba comes from.
Anyone who has listened to my music can tell.
There is a depth i cant explain, a depth i know i am too young to afford, something about it that will want to make you listen over and over again. I know this because I listen and pray with my songs more than anyone alive.
He is the only one I listen to when I am preparing for special function like Project Bethel.
The energy I feel listening to His music and messages is incredible.
I just finished taking a special dose of Pa Chris Delvan. Mehn! His sound is an exhaustible River.
Sounds released decades ago,
Is still very much relevant in the Lips and heart of people.
This is the kind of music ministry I want. Noiseless but impactful, noiseless but transgenerational.
Just posting this Here to celebrate this amazing PATRIACH of the music ministry.
ELDER, Thank you for giving to the Lord.
