MrWealth and Team Rem have released a new 10-track project titled THE EVENING SACRIFICE, a body of work shaped by worship, prayer, and a deep sense of purpose. The album brings together live sessions, chants, soft rock textures, ballads, and traditional expressions of praise. It isn’t just another gospel release. It’s a call back to devotion, communion, and the kind of worship that lights up a quiet evening.
Below is an inside look at what inspired the album, the heart behind its message, and why it carries the weight it does.
A Project Built on Three Clear Pillars
From the beginning, this album was shaped by three objectives:
1. To stir intense and intimate worship: The theme “The Evening Sacrifice” sets the tone. Every track is designed to help listeners slow down, lift their hearts, and find that still, reverent space with God.
2. To champion excellent music: From the opening song, the arrangements stand out. The scales, melodies, and overall musical build show careful craftsmanship. Every song reflects intentionality and a desire to honour God with quality.
3. To deliver strong, meaningful lyrics: These songs carry revelation. They unfold with each listen, offering depth, conviction, and clarity. Whether it’s a chant, a ballad, or high praise, the writing keeps pointing back to truth.
Musically, the album blends soft rock, chants, high praise, ballads, and traditional elements, creating a journey that moves from meditative moments to energetic worship.

What Sparked the Vision
Two things moved MrWealth to create this project: his personal walk with God and the spiritual state of the times.
He believes this generation is facing an unusual wave of darkness. Prayer altars are dropping in strength, even among believers. That burden pushed him to release songs that would reignite prayer, rebuild devotion, and strengthen intimacy with God.

This album is his response to that need.
Why the Title “The Evening Sacrifice”?
The name came during a quiet Bible study moment.
While studying the laws of Moses, the pattern of the morning and evening sacrifice stood out. Each sacrifice involved a lamb. That reflection led him to David’s words in Psalm 141:2:
“Let my prayer be set before you as incense, the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.”
David wasn’t anywhere near the temple at the time, yet he understood something powerful — that his lifted hands and sincere prayers carried the same weight as a physical sacrifice.
That moment opened a revelation: In Christ, we are the sacrifice. This truth appears again in Romans 12:1, where Paul calls us to present our bodies as living sacrifices.
That understanding shaped the album’s message and confirmed the theme.
Why a Listening Party?
Although it’s not common in his genre, he decided to host a listening party because it serves multiple purposes.
It’s a chance to bring people together, listen to the songs, pray over them, and hear honest creative feedback. It helps build community excitement and also generates the content needed to help push the album further.

For him, it wasn’t just a music business decision. It was ministry, bonding, and strategy all in one.
Why a Live Recording Instead of a Studio Album?
For MrWealth, every song has its best expression. Most of his music thrives in a live atmosphere because of his spontaneous and intense worship style.
Since the aim of the album is to inspire deep worship and prayer, a live recording offered the ambience and spiritual environment needed to communicate the heart of each song.
On Collaborations: Lyrical H.I & Prospa Ochimana
The only features on this album, Lyrical H.I and Prospa Ochimana happened by leading, not planning.
There was a sense of divine alignment, especially around Project Bethel, which brought them together. Other collaborations were recorded but will be released separately as singles.

His Desire for the Album
The hope is simple: that THE EVENING SACRIFICE travels far. That it inspires true worship, stirs prayer, and becomes a source of new anthems for believers everywhere.
It’s more than music — it’s meant to be a tool for intimacy with God.
Support goes a long way. Promoting an album takes resources, and every share, seed, and prayer helps.
As you listen, tell someone else about the songs. Share the links, sow into the work, and help amplify the message. Your support encourages the entire team behind the project.
