I have been staring at this picture for close to two weeks now. Lots of lessons keep popping up at me. I will share them shortly.
But I want you to observe the seamless connection between Dunsin Onyekan, Nathaniel Bassey, and Joshua Selman. One of the things you will observe amongst them is the value each of them possesses, and that value is deeply rooted in personal development that has been invested over the years.
Each is deeply invested in growth and has a very strong work culture. You can see it radiating in all they do. Also, notice that they share a very close value system.
Apostle Joshua Selman is a lover of purity and intimacy, and also loves to reach out.
Nathaniel Bassey is big on purity, integrity, and intimacy, and also loves to reach out.
Dunsin Onyekan is big on integrity, intimacy, and purity, and also loves to reach out. This is why you see such an unforced flow.
I believe one of the most important questions we forget to ask ourselves when we want to connect with people is: How does my character complement the character and brand perception of this person? How does my value, reputation, ethics, and work culture provide a complementary value for this person?
There is something about finding yourself in a healthy circle where everyone is big on personal development and growth in value. It kills unhealthy competition, unnecessary bitterness, jealousy and envy for the progress of another. Look at this circle, such just can’t exist here.
This is to inspire you to pursue personal development. Invest so much in yourself such that when you relate with people, your presence in their life complements them all round. The best you can always offer in your relationship with people will always depend on the best you have first invested in yourself.
