To the man who cares to listen, I warn.
Beware of the Phariseetical spirit.
It is still living and breathing in the four walls of religion.
It’s currently within the Energy of the moment.
I speak as one instructed by God.
And I trust you do not connect this to anything of recent.
But beware of the Phariseetical spirit, many are overtaken by it in all sincerity even without knowing.
A prostitute used a seductive gesture of washing the feet of Jesus with very expensive oil. In ancient Jewish culture when a woman does that, it’s a green light to bed with Her.
I can imagine if that happened today.
Pharisees masquerading as gatekeepers and guardians of the ancient paths of the Faith will tear Jesus down.
Jesus visits a very corrupt public figure—Zaccheaus. notable for ignoble things, He dines with him, He was dragged for it. But I can imagine if Jesus was present in this times.
Apostles will set Ringlights, posts and shady comments from pulpits will be flying up and down and you know the saddest part?
There is no scripture you’d want to quote to a Pharisee to let them see they are persecuting God even in their strongest of all sincerity.
My friends, The more I grow, the more I walk with the Lord, the more scared I become.
I am sure the Pharisees had abundance of scriptures to call Jesus names. That spirit is so strong that like Paul, it can only take the light from the face of Jesus to tear it up.
It masquerades itself in all sincerity of correction and criticism but you must discern beyond correction and criticism—that was the case of the Pharisees.
They were trying so hard to maintain the statuesquo while God had moved on.
To them they were trying to correct and criticize Jesus but they were under the influence of the Phariseetical spirit.
That spirit is very critical.
When a subject is engulfed with it, He’d never see anything wrong with Him—Just like the Pharisees never believed they were doing anything wrong.
If you have a dealing with God that is characterized with correction and criticisms of degenerated practices of the Faith, it is deeply necessary you embody Love else you won’t be far from this spirit.
You must trust the Lord for Grace not to discharge that duty with high-mindedness, humility is key. You must see the vessel from the lense of Christ.
You must ensure you are not discharging that duty from your emotions but from a heart deeply saturated with Love by intercession.
I may not be your Favourite Apostle.
But soonest some of you will understand my meaning in this, the Lord Himself will open your eyes to it.
The people you are led to correct or criticize who are walking in error, pray for them before and after. It is first to shield your heart from this Phariseetical spirit.
If you don’t embody enough Love through intercession for people you will be engulfed by this spirit and you know the saddest part? You’d never know.
You will discharge your duty with all sense of righteousness and martyrdom but that will be the Phariseetical spirit masquerading itself under the clock of righteousness so you dont discern it.
If you think i am lying, take sometime and study the Gospels. Observe the characterization of the pharisees and the sadduces, compare with the current happens and see for yourself.
To He who cares to listen,
Thread carefully.
The times are perilous.
Lest like Paul you persecute the Lord even when you feel you are labouring for Him.
I have spoken once, I know The wise will hear twice.
