If you must grow in the music ministry and ministry or vision building generally you must give attention to this four areas. Every growth in ministry must feature this 4 areas.

Jesus had 4 Major areas of growth that culminated into His impact in ministry generally. You will find that in the book of LUKE 2:52.

1. WISDOM: Everything that must be impactful must be built on the foundation of wisdom. This was Jesus’ first attention to ministry. He began ministry by first giving himself to intense learning. At age 12 He was already in the temple arguing the Law with the Doctors of the Law.

How do you embark on the music ministry journey and you don’t have knowledge of how things work all you have are things you have copied from seeing your celebrities do.

No man can rise above the Level of His mindset, no man can do better than He knows. Wisdom is the principal thing.

2. STATURE: Stature here is in both physical appearance and relevance amongst men. One of the characters of wisdom is that it gives you stature amongst your equals, it makes you outstanding. Jesus was gaining Love, Honor and respect from onlookers why do you think He could Look at Peter and other disciples and Just tell them to follow Him and they did without hesitation? He grew in stature.

3. RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD: As a minstrel I don’t care what seems to be going right in your ministry if your relationship with God is failing everything else will Fail with time. Everything in depends on your relationship with God to thrive.

Ministry is first a call to building a relationship with God that directly impacts men. Don’t do work for a God you are not walking with!

A good relationship with God will increase the tangibility of His presence upon your ministry.

4. RELATIONSHIP WITH MEN: In the earth realm men are gods. All of Gods blessings to you here on earth will come through men. The more Good men you are in Favour with the more Blessings you experience.

Jesus grew in Favour with MEN!
He had such a good relational skill with Men and Women. It was why it was so easy for him to build communities of large loyalty and followership where His impact thrived.

All of ministry is simply an interaction with Men that leaves them transformed. The goal is ministry is transformation, you can only transform people to the extend you relate with them.

You must invest on your relational skill as a minstrel. There are other areas of growth in ministry, but all of them will largely be subsumed into this Major four.

With wisdom is skill, Excellence, branding etc.
With stature is influence and impact.
With relationship with God is Glory, anointing, Miracles etc,
With relationship with men is Transformation, Team and system building, money, recommendations, Favour etc.

This 4 are the major pillars of growth in Ministry.
